Three frames, one story

Our multi-timeframe alignment coaching follows a fixed order of work so daily bias, intermediate structure, and lower-frame timing never argue in silence.

01

Higher-frame bias

You write a short bias statement on the daily or weekly chart: direction, location in the range or trend, and the structural condition that would cancel it. Until that sentence exists, lower charts stay closed.

02

Intermediate structure

On the four-hour (or equivalent), we map swing legs and reaction zones that either support or challenge the bias. Conflict here means pause — not a creative blend of opinions.

03

Lower-frame timing

Only after agreement do we open the hourly or session chart for timing. Patterns here express the higher story; they do not invent a new thesis mid-candle.

04

Alignment card

Every coaching touch ends with the same four fields: bias, structure map, timing window, and invalidation. The card is the habit that survives after the session ends.
