We provide technical analysis training and multi-timeframe alignment coaching, workshops, reviews, and mentorship as described on this site. Information on the site is general and does not constitute personalised investment advice, brokerage services, or a guarantee of trading results.

Acceptance and enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a coaching contract until we confirm availability, scope, and fees in writing. You agree to provide accurate contact details and a fair description of your experience level and instruments.

Intellectual property

Site content, workbooks, alignment card templates, and session materials remain our intellectual property unless we assign rights in writing. You may keep personal notes from your sessions for your own use. You may not reproduce or sell our materials.

Liability

Trading involves risk of loss. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for trading losses, consequential damages, or decisions you make using concepts discussed in coaching. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid engagement is limited to fees you paid for that engagement.

Site use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit abusive or unlawful content through forms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
