Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid coaching sessions, workshops, weekly reviews, and mentorship cycles offered by Logic Parallax Way Limited. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative, or when you cancel within the timeframes below. Fees already applied to completed coaching time are non-refundable.

Timeframe

Private sessions and weekly reviews: cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund or free reschedule. Chart Structure Intensives: cancel at least 7 days before the workshop for a full refund; within 7 days, a seat credit valid for 6 months may be offered if we can fill the place.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds apply to unused prepaid fees when cancellation rules are met. Mentorship cycles: if you withdraw after the cycle begins, we refund the unused portion of private sessions not yet delivered, less a 15% administrative fee, provided written notice is given before the next scheduled session. Homework reviews already completed are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Printed workbooks once distributed, completed session time, and deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in your confirmation email.

Refund process

Email info@logic-parallaxway.click with your booking reference, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One complimentary reschedule is allowed per private session when notice meets the 48-hour rule. Later changes may incur a HK$400 administrative fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the session fee.

Work already started

Once a live session or workshop has begun, that portion of the fee is earned and not refundable.

Purchased materials

Physical workbooks included in a workshop fee are yours to keep after distribution and are not returnable for cash refund.
